Originating in 1996 from our family’s traditional coffeefarms, we have inherited and nurtured a three-generation legacy with a spirit of responsibility and deep respect for our homeland.
From the special harvests on the basalt soil of Lam Dong, we carefully select ripe red coffee cherries and devote meticulous care to every step of processing and roasting.
Using Hot-air roasting technology, the coffee beans are enveloped and evenly roasted by convective hot air, ensuring consistent batches without burning or smoke, while fully preserving their distinctive flavor.

100% ripe, pure beans, with impurities and physical defects such as black, brown, insect-damaged, broken, and moldy beans removed before roasting.
Natural Processing – Microbial Fermentation begins with handpicking and carefully selecting ripe cherries, washing, and removing floaters and impurities. The beans are then anaerobically fermented and slowly sun-dried on raised beds.
The coffee beans deliver a rich and complex flavor profile with a full body, a deep sweet aftertaste, and notes of berries, ripe fruits, chocolate, brown sugar, spices, and roasted nuts.
