MeGarden Coffee (MGC) is committed to providing a fast and convenient shopping experience for all customers purchasing our Vietnamese specialty coffee products.

1. Free Shipping Policy (Freeship)

MGC offers free shipping in the following cases:

  • Free shipping for orders valued over 500,000 VND within: Lam Dong Province.

  • Free shipping for all products with orders over 5,000,000 VND within: Ho Chi Minh City (Inner Districts).

  • For all other orders, shipping fees will be applied based on the specific terms and conditions of the carrier.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is successfully processed, MeGarden Coffee’s delivery team (or a third-party carrier) will quickly transport the products to you:

  • Southern Region: Estimated within 2 working days.

  • Northern Region: Estimated within 3 working days.

  • Note: In the event of severe weather or traffic congestion, MeGarden Coffee will proactively contact you to provide updates on the situation.

3. Delayed Delivery Resolution

If an order is not delivered as committed due to MGC’s error, we will reschedule the delivery for the following day and offer the following compensations as a sincere apology:

  • 10% discount on the current order (if the customer still wishes to receive the items).

  • One 15% discount voucher for your next purchase.
